Load Booking
This is where it all starts. When your customers call you with a load they do not want to sit on the phone with you for ten minutes, not one minute. Well, good for you if you use Express because Express has perfected the 20 second Load Entry Screen. How ? No mouse. That's where other systems fall apart. Look at any other system. If you have to lift your fingers from the keyboard to enter an order then it will flat take too long. Not only that, but most systems make you click through a dozen tabs to gather up information about any one load. How are you going to do this without a mouse? With Express. every single piece of information pertaining to any particular load can be accessed from one screen without a mouse.

Booking Shippers/Consignees
Express allows you to list all of the stops for every load, not some, all. If you have PC Miler, Express will display and print a route map and calculate total miles for your load.
While inputting stops you can record appointment information, appointment reference numbers permanently update shipper information on the fly and if your load has more than one pick and one drop Express will mark your load as a "Multi-Stop Load"

Commodities
You can, of course, record every commodity you are carrying on your load, not one or some but all. Express will total pieces, space, weight, tariff weight and billable weight for you. All of these commodities will print on all Express Load Print-Outs
(Customer Agreement Letters, Loadsheets, etc.) so you can be sure that everyone involved with the load knows what is being transported.
Express tracks twenty-six hazardous materials commodity codes so that it can notify you if the commodities you are hauling are hazardous.
Later on during the dispatching process Express will flag drivers or truckers that haul for you who are not Haz-Mat certified.

Accessorials
You can add an unlimited number of accessorial charges to every load. Each of these accessorials can be "Flat-Rate" based "Percentage of Load
Revenue" based or "Mileage" based". If the accessorials you record are percentage or mileage based Express will
automatically recalculate accessorial charges as other load information changes.

Load Rating
Express ships with a variety of "Rate Types" including, Miles, Flat, Space, Ton, Cwt and then lets you add your own. While rating the load Express will notify you if your customer is on credit hold, over their credit limit or even nearing their credit limit.
Express will even calculate discounts from Tariff rates for those customers of yours with special rates allowing you to spread one matrix over groups of customers.
Click the button labeled "Rate By Commodity" and Express will access the Commodity Rate Matrices to get your per commodity, hundred weight rate.
Click the button labeled "Rate By Load" button and Express will access the huge variety of Rate Matrices that can be built by you using rate types that you create to find the right rate for your load.
