Equipment Services

One screen displays scheduled services for your piece of equipment as well as a service history listing.  You can set your scheduled services according to date or mileage.   Scheduled services can be set to flag the dispatcher and warn him of scheduled maintenance coming due on a piece of equipment and you can then have Express prevent the dispatcher from using this piece of equipment at some point before the service is due.

Work Orders

Work Orders organize all the various services being performed on a piece of equipment at some given time. You can post as many services to a Work Order as you want and parts used are removed from the inventory automatically.

Shop Inventory

If you do any maintenance yourself then you have to track your inventory or else parts will absolutely come up missing and most likely you won't even know about most of them.  in-house shop and parts inventory, Express will make it easy to set up initial parts and quantities, stock levels, vendors, and asset values.  As you create Work Orders and record services performed Express will deduct parts used from inventory. When placing an order to re-supply the inventory, just create a PO for the vendor and the parts.  When the order comes in, open the PO and receive the parts into inventory.  All A/P has to do is pay the bill.

Maintenance Reports

Very detailed reporting covering equipment information including service records and scheduled services, inventory and parts usage. All reports are real time, customizable and can be exported to Word and Excel.
