Claim Tracking

Express helps you to quickly and easily track claims. You can even keep an unlimited number of date and time stamped notes as you try to pay or deny the claim.

Driver Compliance

You can quickly enter compliance information such as physicals, drug screens and MVR's. Document remedial action when necessary and schedule further or new actions. You can have any required item flag the dispatcher to prevent dispatching drivers who are not in compliance.

Log Auditor

Log Auditor is clean and easy to use. You can click on any driver to see a list of his logs and click on any log to see a summary of that log right from the main screen. Key in the log -- or  --  Click the grid to build the log. High speed graphics paints as you go so no refresh is necessary and with Batch Auditing you can input your logs in any order with no pre-sorting.

Reporting

The Safety Reporting System is more than just the many important reports dealing with a variety of safety related issues, you can also print a variety of forms and documents such as Employment Applications, complete Driver Qualification Files with a Check List, I9 Immigration forms, Employee and Driver Applications, Vacation Requests and Disciplinary Action Forms.

Equipment Services

One screen displays scheduled services for your piece of equipment as well as a service history listing. You can set your scheduled services according to date or mileage. Scheduled services can be set to flag the dispatcher and warn him of scheduled maintenance coming due on a piece of equipment and you can then have Express prevent the dispatcher from using this piece of equipment at some point before the service is due.

Work Orders

Work Orders organize all the various services being performed on a piece of equipment at some given time. You can post as many services to a Work Order as you want and parts used are removed from the inventory automatically

Shop Inventory

If you do any maintenance yourself then you have to track your inventory or else parts will absolutely come up missing and most likely you won't even know about most of them. in-house shop and parts inventory, Express will make it easy to set up initial parts and quantities, stock levels, vendors, and asset values. As you create Work Orders and record services performed Express will deduct parts used from inventory. When placing an order to re-supply the inventory, just create a PO for the vendor and the parts. When the order comes in, open the PO and receive the parts into inventory. All A/P has to do is pay the bill.

Maintenance Reports

Very detailed reporting covering equipment information including service records and scheduled services, inventory and parts usage. All reports are real time, customizable and can be exported to Word and Excel.

Importing Fuel Card Data

Express will import fuel card data from Comdata, EFS, TCH (Flying J), Transplatinum, T-Chek and Multi Service. You can also import data from a generic MS Excel file which we provide.

You can import fuel purchase data three ways:

1. Into Express Accounting to record fuel expenses for company drivers and advances to owner operators.
2. Into the Express Check Call system so your dispatchers can see drivers' routes taken as recorded during check calls along with fuel stops.
3. Into the Express Fuel Management system for IFTA reporting purposes.

Preparing Your IFTA Return

Express will calculate and print your IFTA return. Tax rates for each state are updated and distributed quarterly.

Fuel Reports

Very detailed reporting covering fuel purchases and cost per gallon paid by driver and by state so you can identify the stops who do and do not offer you the best rates. There are several other reports covering everything from permits purchased to driver fuel usage and efficiency. Each report can be viewed before printing or faxing. All reports are real time, customizable and can be exported to Word and Excel
