iLoadFinder

iLoadFinder is bigger and better than ever. No more walking down a list of loads then calling or emailing each shipper only to find out the load is taken. iLoadFinder will completely automate this process.

Here's how it works

Profile Setup

Search Builder

First, create your profile, this is the information about your company and your equipment that you would want to convey to shippers any way.

Then create a search. iLoadFinder can read your phone's GPS to run a radius search for freight within your vicinity or you can run radius searches from some other city that you enter. Your search can also include a destination city and search radius if you like.

Once you've created your search you can run it or save it. You can save as many searches as you like so they'll always be easy to run later. When you run a search, iLoadFinder will search through the more than 25,000 loads posted on XpressTrax.Com to find loads that meet your search criteria.

Once you're looking at your list of potential loads, start highlighting the ones that interest you. When you are finished selecting press the Send Requests button. Each shipper will be emailed a Load Request for each load you've selected and each Load Request contains a ton of information designed to answer the shipper's questions about you.

Load Request Web Page
Load Requests sent to shippers will include whatever profile information you've saved and if you've included your motor carrier number in your profile information then the Load Requests shippers receive provide them access to current FMCSA safety and insurance information about your company.

Load Requests also give shippers the ability to reply. They can reply with rating information, confirmed pickup dates or any other information they wish to provide. When they reply, the XpressTrax.Com web servers will immediately text message your iPhone. To view replies, start iLoadFinder and any waiting replies will be first things you'll see.
